Shipping & returns.

Orders ship from Volcano, Hawai'i, to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be prepared. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days after it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Every order is fully insured and tracked, and a signature is required on delivery.

Because your order ships from within the US, there are no customs fees or import duties to pay on arrival.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging, together with the certificate of authenticity.

Rings that have been resized or altered by anyone other than us cannot be returned.

Because every piece is one of one, we can't offer exchanges. Return the piece for a refund instead.

Email contact@opalani.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with a prepaid, insured return shipping label.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. The only cost to you is return shipping: the price of the label is taken out of the refund. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email contact@opalani.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. We'll make it right, and in that case the return label is on us.
